Job Title: Customer Support Virtual Assistant (Shopify Store)
We are seeking a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to manage customer messages for our Shopify store. Your primary responsibility will be responding to customer inquiries, providing order updates, and sharing tracking information in a timely and professional manner.
Customer records are stored in Excel, so you must have a basic understanding of Excel to look up order details and follow predefined response templates and decision trees.
**Responsibilities:
Respond to customer messages via Shopify and email
Provide order status updates and tracking information
Look up customer records in Excel and select appropriate predefined responses
Follow customer service workflows and escalation guidelines
Maintain a friendly, professional, and helpful tone in all communications
**Requirements:
Basic knowledge of Excel (searching, filtering, and reading data)
Strong written English communication skills
Attention to detail and ability to follow instructions and templates
Reliable internet connection and ability to meet response time targets
**Nice to Have:
Experience with Shopify or eCommerce customer support
Prior virtual assistant or customer service experience
**Ideal Candidate:
You are friendly, organized, and enjoy helping customers. You can follow structured processes while maintaining a personable tone. If you are detail-oriented and dependable, we would love to hear from you.
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
