I need a Technical Concierge to sit in the community, unblock them, and ensure they ship their apps. You are their technical safety net.
The Role:
• The Unblocker: Monitor our Skool community "Help" channel. When a member posts "My app is broken," you don't just say "fix it." You look at their error log and record a 2 minute Loom video showing them exactly what to paste into the AI to fix it.
• The Publisher: Help members navigate the app store submission process (using tools like Despia and Apple Developer Console).
• The Educator: Create simple "Cheat Sheet" PDFs and SOPs for common hurdles (e.g., "How to get your OpenAI API Key," "How to set up Supabase Auth").
• The Tester: Before we release a new template to the group, you test it. You break it. You fix it. Then we ship it.
The Tech Stack (Must Have / Willing to Learn): You don't need to be a senior engineer, but you must understand Full Stack fundamentals to debug what the AI is building.
• Core Tools: Lovable/Emergent, Base44, Replit, Cursor.
• Infrastructure: Supabase (Database/Auth), Stripe (Payments), Vercel (Deployment).
• Mobile Publishing: Despia, Expo, Apple/Google Developer Consoles (Knowledge here is a huge plus).
• APIs: Understanding how to manage and debug OpenAI/Claude API keys.
Who You Are:
• Patient: You are dealing with smart people who are technically illiterate. You never make them feel stupid.
• Fast: You understand that a 24-hour delay kills momentum. You respond quickly during your working hours.
• Video-First: You prefer sending a Loom video over writing a 3-paragraph text explanation.
The Offer:
• Rate: $1,500 to $1,750 / month (Retainer).
• Hours: Part-time / Flexible (Focus on output, not hours).
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
