The Goal: A scalable system that answers inbound calls, qualifies leads, and books appointments directly into a CRM/Calendar with zero "crazy stuff"—just high reliability and low latency.
Core Responsibilities
Voice Integration: Build an inbound call-handling system using Twilio Media Streams or platforms like Vapi/Retell AI for low latency.
Intelligent Brain: Implement OpenAI's Realtime API for natural, real-time conversation logic.
Booking & Sync: Set up two-way sync with Google Calendar and GoHighLevel for real-time appointment scheduling.
Lead Capture: Automate data logging (transcript + lead info) into the CRM and trigger SMS follow-ups post-call.
Fallback Logic: Design robust error handling and a "Human-in-the-Loop" escalation path for complex queries.
Technical Requirements
Languages: Expert proficiency in Python (FastAPI/Flask) or
APIs: Experience with Twilio, OpenAI, Google Calendar API, and GoHighLevel/HubSpot.
Voice Specifics: Proven ability to handle STT (Deepgram), TTS (ElevenLabs), and barge-in logic (detecting when the user interrupts).
Architecture: Code must be modular (using config files) so I can spin up new client agents in minutes.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months.
Mandatory skills: Artificial Intelligence, Automation, Twilio API
