We Support Your Move
- Relocation assistance

- Design complex mass timber structures including CLT, glulam, and hybrid systems
- Contribute to the development of company engineering standards for mass timber
- Mentor rising engineers in timber design practices and seismic theory
- Become a recognized expert in mass timber within the firm and profession
- 8+ years of experience, 5+ years of timber engineering experience
- PE or P.Eng.,SE preferred.
- Seismic design experience
- Advanced proficiency in ETABS, SAP, equivalent finite element software
- Advanced MS Excel and Intermediate MS Word
- Knowledge of mass timber systems
- A knack for leading teams and mentoring others
- Outstanding time management and financial management abilities
- Innovative mindset with ability to promote new ideas with sound business potential

Estimated starting salary at $160,000 - $205,000 CAD + biannual profit share bonus potential ($120,00 - $150,000 USD)
Salary will be commensurate with experience/skills and location.
