Scope of Work (Phase 1):
1. Welcome Email Flow (Strategy + Design + Setup)
Map out and build a 3–5 email welcome series
Design elevated, on-brand, aesthetic email templates
Set up flow inside Klaviyo (triggers, timing, segmentation, basic automation logic)
Ensure mobile optimisation
Connect to Squarespace (if required)
Basic testing before launch
2. Newsletter Template Design
Create a highly aesthetic, reusable newsletter template
Clean, premium, brand-aligned layout
Designed for flexibility (product drops, storytelling, launches, etc.)
Strong understanding of visual hierarchy and conversion-focused layout
We are very design-focused — so visual execution is extremely important. We're looking for someone who understands:
Elevated, minimal, premium design
Brand consistency
Spacing, typography, and layout
Conversion strategy (not just pretty emails)
What We're Looking For:
Proven Klaviyo experience (please share examples)
Strong design eye (this is key)
Experience with Shopify integrations
Understanding of email marketing best practices
Ability to think strategically, not just execute
Clear communication and reliability
Bonus if you've worked with:
Wellness / lifestyle brands
Female-founded brands
Premium / aesthetic-led brands
Ongoing Opportunity
If this initial project goes well, we're looking to build a long-term relationship for:
Monthly newsletters
Campaign builds
Additional flows (abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)
Potential work across other client accounts
We value collaboration and are looking for someone who can feel like an extension of our creative team.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
