We are seeking a highly experienced E-Commerce Marketing Manager with a proven track record of scaling direct-to-consumer brands. This is not an entry-level or "set up a few ads" role. We are looking for a strategic operator who understands full-funnel growth, customer acquisition economics, retention marketing, and data-driven decision-making.
You should be equally comfortable developing high-level growth strategy and executing day-to-day campaigns across paid media, email/SMS, and conversion optimization.

Responsibilities
Develop and execute full-funnel e-commerce marketing strategy
Manage and optimize paid media campaigns (Meta, Google, TikTok, YouTube, etc.)
Oversee email & SMS marketing (Klaviyo or similar platforms)
Improve conversion rates through CRO testing (landing pages, PDP optimization, funnels)
Analyze CAC, LTV, MER, ROAS, and other key performance metrics
Implement retention strategies to increase repeat purchase rate
Coordinate with creative team on ad concepts and performance feedback
Build reporting dashboards and provide clear performance insights
Identify scalable growth opportunities and test new acquisition channels
Required Qualifications
5+ years managing e-commerce marketing campaigns
Proven experience scaling DTC brands with paid media
Strong understanding of attribution, tracking (GA4, Meta Pixel, server-side tracking), and data analysis
Experience managing monthly ad budgets of $50K+
Expertise in platforms such as Shopify, Klaviyo, Google Ads, Meta Ads Manager
Demonstrated ability to improve ROAS and lower CAC over time
Strong analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and act quickly
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with subscription-based e-commerce models
Knowledge of influencer/UGC strategy
Experience in health, beauty, medical, or premium consumer products
Familiarity with creative testing frameworks
