This is not a template refresh. This is a strategic, professional rebuild focused on lead generation, SEO performance, and CRM integration.
About the Project
We want a modern, premium, conversion-focused website that:
• Generates high-quality inbound leads
• Is built with strong SEO foundations
• Integrates seamlessly with CRM
• Reflects a premium brand positioning
• Is scalable for future growth
We are not looking for junior designers or basic WordPress theme customisers. We want someone who has led full website redesigns for serious businesses and understands performance, UX, and conversion psychology.
Scope of Work
• Full website strategy & structure planning
• UX / UI design (wireframes + final designs)
• Conversion-focused layout & CTA strategy
• Technical SEO structure (page speed, schema, hierarchy, etc.)
• CMS build (please specify platform recommendation)
• CRM integration (forms, lead routing, automation triggers)
• Mobile optimisation
• Performance optimisation
Ideal Candidate
• 5+ years experience in high-end website redevelopment
• Strong portfolio of professional B2B or premium service brands
• Experience designing for lead generation (not just visual design)
• Deep understanding of SEO best practices
• Experience integrating websites with CRMs (Monday preferred)
• Strong communication and strategic thinking
