You will receive high-level product briefs and be expected to independently translate them into complete design systems, user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and final UI. We are specifically seeking someone who embraces the latest design tools, AI-assisted workflows, and rapid-iteration methods to increase both speed and quality of output.
Responsibilities:
Own the UI/UX design process for a B2B SaaS product from concept to final delivery.
Take high-level product briefs and independently develop user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and polished UI.
Define, build, and maintain a scalable component library and design system.
Ensure consistency, usability, accessibility, and best-practice interaction patterns across the entire product.
Collaborate with product and engineering teams to align design solutions with product goals and technical feasibility.
Use modern design tools, automation, and AI-driven workflows to accelerate design output without compromising quality.
Conduct basic usability validations and iterate on designs based on feedback.
Requirements:
Proven experience designing B2B SaaS interfaces (portfolio required).
Strong understanding of component-driven design, design systems, and reusable UI architecture.
Expertise with modern design tools (e.g., Figma, FigJam, Auto-layout, variables, prototyping, AI-powered plugins, component libraries).
Ability to work independently from a brief and develop full interface concepts without constant oversight.
Strong visual design skills: typography, layout, color theory, interaction patterns.
Excellent communication skills and ability to explain design decisions clearly.
Experience collaborating in agile or fast-moving product environments
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
