This is not cinematic editing. We need someone who understands performance content - strong hooks, fast pacing, captions, and edits that keep people watching and drive conversions. You'll be editing videos for Instagram Reels, TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Meta ads.
We're building a long-term relationship with the right editor.
Responsibilities:
a. Edit raw UGC footage into high-performing short videos
b. Add captions, hooks, transitions, and light motion elements
c. Cut videos for retention and engagement
d. Repurpose one footage into multiple variations
e. Follow creative briefs and iterate based on feedback
Ideal Candidate
a. Experience editing UGC or ad creatives
b. Understands what makes content convert (not just look good)
c. Strong sense of pacing, storytelling, and hooks
d. Reliable and quick turnaround
e. Comfortable with ongoing monthly work
Bonus Points
a. Experience editing for DTC brands, SaaS, or influencers
b. Understanding of Meta/TikTok ad creatives
Project Scope
a. 10–25 videos per month (to start)
b. Ongoing collaboration
c. Pay: Per video or monthly retainer (based on experience)
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
