About the Project
A real estate advisor wants to create a professional, authentic, and trustworthy personal brand on Instagram and TikTok.
The goal:
When someone clicks on the profile, it immediately feels:
• Professional
• Clean
• Strategic
• Consistent
• High-trust
• Premium
Responsibilities
• Develop a clear weekly content strategy
• Plan content themes (education, authority, lifestyle, proof, etc.)
• Edit daily short-form videos (Reels + TikTok)
• Create a consistent visual identity (fonts, colors, layout, thumbnails)
• Improve hooks & retention
• Post daily (or schedule posts)
• Analyze performance and optimize weekly
• Suggest new content angles
Content Format
• The client will provide raw video content
• You will edit, enhance, subtitle, improve pacing
• Add captions, hooks, branding elements
• Optimize for IG + TikTok algorithm
Deliverables
• 5–7 short-form videos per week
• Weekly content plan
• Monthly strategy overview
• Profile optimization (bio, highlights, layout)
Requirements
• Experience in real estate branding (preferred)
• Strong portfolio of personal brands you've built
• Understanding of short-form algorithm (2026 trends)
• Knows how to build authority, not just viral fluff
• High-end, clean editing style (not childish or over-edited)
• Fluent English
