We're looking for a reliable video editor to support ongoing short-form creative production for paid social (primarily Meta).
We have a large existing footage library, over 1TB of product and lifestyle content. You will not be responsible for ideation. We will provide clear creative direction, concepts, and assets. Your role is to assemble, refine, and polish assets so they feel cohesive, premium, and completely on brand.
This is an ongoing retainer relationship, starting at 5–10 videos per week.
What You'll Be Editing
• 9:16 vertical formats (primary)
• 1:1 and 4:5 for feed placements
• 6–15 second short-form creatives
• Product-focused content
• Light text overlays (USPs, hooks, structured messaging)
Some videos may be simple, such as product handling shots with subtle text overlays. Others may require slightly more structured pacing and messaging flow. Nothing chaotic or hyper-edited.
Brand Style
We are not looking for fast-cut, noisy, TikTok-style edits.

Every cut, transition, and text animation should feel intentional. No overuse of effects. No gimmicky transitions. No cluttered typography.
Responsibilities
• Assemble edits from provided footage and briefs
• Apply consistent typography and layout treatment
• Add on-screen text where instructed
• Maintain strong pacing appropriate for paid social
• Deliver revisions as required
• Provide project files if requested
• Ensure all final files are export-ready for Meta
You will not:
• Be responsible for compliance decisions
• Be required to generate new concepts
• Be expected to shoot content
Expectations
• 5–10 videos per week to start
• 48–72 hour turnaround per batch
• Comfortable working from structured briefs
• Open to feedback and iteration
• Strong attention to detail
Ideal Candidate
• Experience editing paid social creatives
• Understands hook testing and iteration workflows
• Can maintain brand consistency across multiple variations
• Fast, efficient, and organised
• Junior to mid-level editor is fine, as long as execution quality is high
Software does not matter. Output quality does.
Ownership
All edited assets and source project files will be owned by us upon payment.
Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Video Editing, Graphic Design, Adobe Photoshop, Adobe After Effects, Adobe Premiere Pro, English, Video Production, Video Post-Editing
