We're looking for a Senior Odoo Functional Consultant to join our implementation team and support our Head of Delivery. This is an ongoing engagement with flexible working arrangements
What You'll Do
Conduct product demos and sales presentations for prospective clients
Lead discovery sessions and gather business requirements
Configure and implement Odoo modules based on client needs
Provide post-implementation support and training
Document functional requirements and plan customization tasks for our development team
Manage multiple client projects simultaneously
Communicate with clients in both Arabic and English
Requirements
Fluent in Arabic and English (written and spoken)
Odoo Certified (V17, V18, or V19)
Proven experience leading Odoo projects from discovery to go-live
Strong client-facing and communication skills
Ability to translate business needs into technical specifications
Comfortable working independently and remotely
Available to start immediately
Working Arrangement
Remote position
Flexible schedule (~100 hours per month)
Long-term collaboration (6+ months)
Potential to transition to full-time
