Customer Support + Content Manager
Creator Management Agency in the OnlyFans Industry
Do you love supporting people, have a strong eye for content, and stay calm even when handling multiple chats at once? Then you're exactly who we're looking for.
We are a creator management agency in the digital content space, supporting content creators holistically in communication, content planning, and account optimization.
Your Responsibilities
Main point of contact for our creators/clients via chat – handling questions, issues, and support requests
Responding to client and creator inquiries via chat, including outside regular working hours if urgent matters arise
Proactive communication: sending regular status updates to creators and actively checking if support is needed
Close collaboration with the chatting department (aligning on whether new content is required)
Creating content lists and content plans aligned with current requirements and trends
Conducting research on specific topics and developing content ideas and guidelines for our creators
Reviewing account appearance and identifying optimization potential
Following up with creators if agreed content is not delivered or is delayed
Structured organization and management of content in shared drives for relevant departments
Managing content within drives
Writing scripts
Providing feedback on creators' content execution
Analyzing mass messages and performance metrics
Reviewing company KPIs and creating weekly reports to track strong performance days, follower growth, texting ratio, high-revenue days, and account trends — and communicating these insights to creators
Thinking proactively and continuously improving processes
Working Hours & Availability
Approx. 3–4 hours of work per day
Additionally, availability to respond to urgent client and creator inquiries outside of regular hours when necessary
Flexible scheduling with a high level of personal responsibility
What You Bring
Very good German and English skills (mandatory)
Initial experience in customer support or a comparable role
Structured, independent, and reliable working style
High emotional intelligence and strong communication skills
Experience creating documents and presentations (e.g., Canva, Google Docs, or similar tools)
A strong eye for aesthetics, content, and branding
Openness to learning new things and willingness to take responsibility
