You will be responsible for making sure every ad is structured, coherent, and built to convert.
What You'll Do
- Review and refine scripts before production
- Align script with visual execution
- Enforce visual continuity and pacing
- Make UGC ads feel like one cohesive take, not stitched clips
- Approve final cuts before launch
- Work directly with UGC creators and editors
- Improve creatives based on performance data
You Must Have
- Proven experience running or supporting Meta ads
- Strong understanding of hooks, retention, and scroll behavior
- Experience with UGC-style ads
- Ability to critique scripts and footage confidently
- Portfolio of ads you've worked on

Contract duration of 3 to 6 months. with 10 hours per week.
