I handle all filming and photography in person at restaurant locations. I'm looking for a remote Social Media Manager who can take the raw content and handle everything after that.
What You Will Be Doing
Write video scripts and content ideas for restaurant social media
Create a clear content structure so one filming day turns into 2–3 months of posts
Edit short-form videos for TikTok and Instagram Reels
Handle organic growth (no fake engagement)
Manage posting, captions, hashtags, and scheduling
Repurpose long filming sessions into multiple videos and posts
Help with simple ad creatives if needed (not required but a plus)
How Our Process Works
I spend full days at restaurants filming and taking photos
You receive all raw footage and images
You turn that content into high-quality, consistent posts
Focus is on restaurants, food, behind-the-scenes, and promotions
Goal is real growth and more customer traffic, not vanity metrics
Requirements
Experience with TikTok & Instagram (restaurant content preferred)
Strong short-form video editing skills
Knows how to create hooks, captions, and trends
Can work independently and meet deadlines
Comfortable working with raw footage from in-person shoots
Organized and reliable
Nice to Have (Not Required)
Experience with restaurant brands
Experience creating ad creatives
Understanding of content that drives foot traffic and orders

This is long-term work as we continue to add restaurant clients.
Contract duration of more than 6 months.
