Execution Project Manager – Mobile App Portfolio (Fractional, Remote)
Overview
We are seeking a highly organized, execution-focused Project Manager to oversee multiple mobile app builds and launches under a growing app portfolio.
NOTE: Must have at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (U.S.)
Current live and in-progress apps include:
BizRight Clarity (live in App Store, in review on Google Play)
TrustGuard IQ (in development, submitting soon)
DolceRight Find & Secure (entering development phase)
This is not a corporate strategy role.
This is an execution role focused on shipping, coordination, and keeping momentum.
What You'll Do
Maintain a master task board across all active apps
Coordinate with developer(s) to track sprint progress
Translate founder instructions into clear task tickets
Assign and oversee tasks for virtual assistants
Track deadlines (App Store submissions, landing pages, marketing assets)
Prevent scope creep during active build phases
Deliver a concise weekly progress summary
Identify risks early and propose practical solutions
You will not be responsible for:
Product strategy
Brand direction
Pricing decisions
Creative vision
What We're Looking For
3–7+ years experience managing digital product or app projects
Experience working with developers remotely
Strong task management discipline
Clear written communication
Comfortable enforcing deadlines
Calm under multi-project environments
Able to push work forward without constant oversight
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys:

8–12 hours per week to start
Potential to scale up or down depending on project phase
Target budget: $40–$50/hour
We are looking for a long-term fractional partner, not a short-term task manager.

About Us
We are building a calm, clarity-focused app portfolio designed to help users make informed life and financial decisions. The founder is deeply involved in product direction; this role exists to ensure operational execution remains strong as the portfolio grows.
Must have at least 3–4 hours of overlap with Pacific Time (U.S.)
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Mobile App Development Coordination, Sprint Planning, scope management, Task & Workflow Management (Asana / ClickUp / Notion), Cross-Functional Team Leadership, Remote Team Coordination, Product Launch Management, Risk Identification & Mitigation, App Store Submission Process, Agile Project Management
