We are looking for an experienced Webflow + Softr (or similar no-code) developer to help us build the first version of the site.
This is a well-scoped, lean project with clear requirements and room for future work if it goes well.

Open to using a high-quality Webflow template
Gated Directory (Softr + Airtable)
User login (Students & Preceptors)
Preceptor profiles with:
State(s)
Specialty
Practice setting
Availability toggle
Student search & filters (state, specialty)
"Request contact" or inquiry form
No direct messaging required at this stage
Payments (IMPORTANT – Phase 1)
Stripe Payment Links will be used
No custom Stripe API integration required
No escrow, no payouts between users
After payment, access can be:
Manually approved by admin or
Light automation via Airtable / Zapier (nice-to-have)
This is not a transactional marketplace build.
What This Is NOT
To keep scope clear:
No placement guarantees
No scheduling or booking system
No payments between users
No custom backend
No escrow or dispute resolution
No mobile app
This is an MVP, not a full SaaS platform.

Ideal Candidate
Proven experience with Webflow
Experience building Softr apps or similar no-code platforms
Comfortable working with Airtable
Strong attention to UX clarity
Can work independently with minimal hand-holding
Bonus: experience with directories or membership-based platforms
Deliverables
Fully functional Webflow site
Functional Softr directory with login & search
Connected Airtable backend
Payment link buttons wired correctly
Basic documentation or walkthrough
Clean handoff at completion
Timeline
Target: 3–5 weeks
