Job Title: Border Protection Officer

About the Role:
- Your primary responsibility will be to enforce customs, immigration, and agriculture laws and regulations to ensure that individuals entering or leaving the country comply with these regulations.
Candidates must possess strong observational skills to identify potential security threats and ability to communicate effectively in English (written & verbal). They should also have a strong understanding of federal laws related to entry into USA such as immigrants etc...
Incentives:
- $15k Recruitment Incentive per year for three years in specific locations Arizona , California,Hawaii Maine Michigan Minnesota Montana New York North Dakota Vermont Washington .
- A fully trained CBPO is eligible for up to $45k overtime pay addition starting salary GS-5 & GS-7 Annual Base Salary varies
,Qualifications:Be at least 21 yrs old Possess one bachelor's degree from an accredited institution OR experience equivalent ;Physical fitness test successful completion formal training includes paid pre-academy orientation two weeks FLETC GA CBP Field Operations Academy passed online Spanish training program Please Note this age restriction may not apply if you are currently serving military personnel law enforcement position covered Title U.S.C c d Veterans Preference eligibility you may meet requirements please check web portal Form Formal Training You will attend classroom instruction use equipment devices employed on daily basis ie Handcuffs Radar gun After completing course curriculum successfully pass final exam take oath office same time complete all required paperwork begin training fieldwork accelerated Entry-level positions often available require monthly overtime shifts evaluation new employees help them find path suitable move forward within organization.
