Border Security Officer

At U.S. Customs and Border Protection, we're seeking highly skilled professionals to fill entry-level positions as Border Patrol Agents in various sectors across the country.

As a Border Patrol Agent, you'll play a vital role in safeguarding our nation's borders and preventing illicit activity. Your primary duties will include detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions for citizenship or violations, preventing undocumented noncitizens from entering the country by maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during nighttime operations.
