Position Overview

Basecamp Property Management is looking for a Revenue Manager to work closely with the Director of Revenue Management. This role will be responsible for compiling and interpreting reports to optimize revenue through various distribution channels.

Salary: dependent on experience

Shifts: Full-time, 5 days a week, 8 hour shifts, Monday - Sunday

Location: Canmore AB

Key Responsibilities (but not limited to):

• Assisting in implementing strategies to achieve long term goals and working within a budget.
• Making rate decisions to ensure revenue is maximized at every opportunity.
• Working closely with hotel managers & OTA partners to ensure revenue is optimized.
• Producing reports for analysis by management teams.
• Managing OTA channels to resolve parity issues 
• Use of various systems, including IDeaS, WebRezPro, Siteminder and Microsoft Office.
• Other duties as required.

Requirements

• Two years' experience in a related hospitality role.
• Strong attention to detail is essential.
• Ability to collect, analyze and interpret revenue performance data.
• Experience in using Excel to manipulate data.
• Open to growth in the role as the company expands.
