Job Description: The Nurse Practitioner at the Duck Lake Primary Health site provides primary health care to children, youth and adults in the communities of Duck Lake, Beardys First Nation, Wakaw, Rosthern and Cudworth. This is a general practice where a wide range of health care needs are met, including women's health, children's health, mental health support as well as community development.

Experience
- Three (3) years full-time experience as a Registered Nurse
Education
- Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BScN)
Licenses
- Valid Class 5 driver's license
Other Education and Training
- Basic Life Support Level C Certificate (BLS-C)

Other Information
- Registered/eligible for registration with the CRNS as RN (NP)
- May be eligible for Recruitment and/or Retention Incentives
- One (1) year nursing experience in a primary health care setting preferred
