Job Summary
This role is a critical internal support position within the Sales Operations team at the Mississauga location. This individual will be focused on providing the Sales team with effective operational communication. This position is not customer-facing and is dedicated to supporting Sales by monitoring order status, identifying and resolving system and process issues, and delivering timely, accurate updates on operational activities.
Essential Functions
  • Respond to inquiry emails from both internal and external stakeholders
  • Greet visitors to the Mississauga office
  • Investigate internal order and shipping requests
  • Monitor order processing status
  • Communicate roadblocks to other departments in the organization
Required/Preferred Education and Experience
  • College Diploma or equivalent required
  • 1-3 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, or Administrative Support required
Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
  • Excellent Communication and Interpersonal skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Strong customer service skills
  • Team player with positive attitude
  • Fluency in French considered a strong asset

The annual salary for this position is:

$52,000.00 to $60,000.00
