  • The CBP Field Operations Academy trains officers in basic law enforcement skills, immigration laws, firearms training, examination of cargo/bags/merchandise, physical fitness more.

Career Advancement Opportunities:

You'll be eligible for a promotion to the next higher grade level (without re-applying) once you successfully complete 52 weeks in each grade level. Officers are also eligible to participate in a generous annual leave program and participate in retirement plans akin to traditional ROTH 401(k).
