- Act as the main point of contact for customers, handling enquiries via phone, email and in person while building strong working relationships.
- Identify and respond to customer needs by developing suitable, cost-effective solutions and preparing accurate quotations.
- Produce layouts and costed solutions for customer requirements using CAD.
- Provide pre-sales technical guidance and maintain a high level of product and application knowledge to support both new and existing clients.
- Coordinate orders efficiently, ensuring clear communication between customers and internal teams, and resolving issues promptly.
- Maintain accurate CRM records, follow up opportunities, pursue new business and conduct site or customer visits.
- Strong attention to detail and work ethic
- Proficient in Microsoft office - Excel, Word and Powerpoint
- Ability to read technical drawings, ideally produced from AutoCAD
- Ability to use SAGE 200 or similar
- Excellent team player and problem solver
- Able to work well independently and as part of a team
