The Inside Sales Representative plays a critical role in driving revenue growth by managing a portfolio of new and existing customer accounts. This role is responsible for servicing, developing, and expanding accounts through proactive outreach, relationship building, and solution-based selling. You will generate sales, strengthen customer relationships, and consistently meet performance targets that contribute to the company's overall success. Key Responsibilities
Maintain a positive, proactive, revenue-driven attitude
Respond quickly and professionally to customer inquiries across phone, email, chat, and other channels
Manage and support customer accounts while ensuring consistent service and responsiveness.
Cultivate and expand a loyal customer base by delivering strong value and solutions
Prospect for new opportunities and build a strong, sustainable sales pipeline
Meet or exceed monthly and annual sales quotas
Track sales activities, customer interactions, and pipeline progress in CRM
Organize daily workload to maximize productivity and close rates
Build and maintain strong relationships that drive repeat business and referrals
Prepare accurate and profitable price quotes
Process and close orders, quotes, and returns promptly
Negotiate with manufacturers to secure competitive terms and pricing
Perform outbound prospecting and follow-up to acquire net new customers
Participate in ongoing sales and industry-specific product training Requirements
Proven inside sales experience is required for this role.
Experience managing customers across multiple regions (preferred)
Strong account management and revenue-generation background
Excellent typing skills with fast, accurate data entry
Ability to calculate margins, understand cost structures, and apply correct markup percentages
Strong basic math skills, including decimals and fractions
Excellent phone communication and computer proficiency
Self-starter with a strong drive to hit goals, a proactive mindset, and a genuine curiosity to learn and grow.
Bachelor's Degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (preferred). Why Join Us?
