Border Security Specialist

As a border protection agent you will be part of a large workforce that strives to safeguard the nation's borders and prevent illicit activity.

• Detect  and question individuals suspected of violating immigration customs laws inspect documents possessions to determine citizenship or violations;
• Prevent  and apprehend aliens smugglers at or near borders maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations;
• Interpret  follow tracks marks physical evidence illegal entry persons contraband;
• Detect convey traffic checks building farm stops inspections border patrols interdiction along roads highways waterways pedestrian lanes line searches.  Patrol international boundary coastal waterways vehicles horses vessels etc. for accomplishment mission;
