We are seeking highly skilled and dedicated individuals to join our team as Customs and Border Protection Officers.
About the Role
The Customs and Border Protection Officer is a critical position that requires strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills. The successful candidate will be responsible for enforcing customs, immigration, and agriculture laws while facilitating legitimate trade and travel.
Main Responsibilities:
- Enforcing customs regulations through inspections of people, documents, and goods.
- Determining admissibility of individuals for entry into the United States.
- Preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods.
Candidates with relevant experience in law enforcement or military law enforcement may qualify at higher grade levels.
A minimum three years full-time work experience that demonstrates ability to meet deadlines or knowledge equivalent to bachelor's degree from an accredited college/university required. This role has special requirements see below-
