Border Patrol Agent Job Description

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Border Patrol Agent to join our team. As a Border Patrol Agent, you will play a critical role in protecting the United States' borders from illegal activities.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws

  • Prevent and apprehend undocumented non-citizens and smugglers at or near the border

  • Maintain surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations
Required Skills and Qualifications:

    • One year of general work experience demonstrating leadership skills
    • Bachelor's degree with superior academic achievement OR one full year of graduate-level education related to law enforcement
Please Note:  This position requires U.S. citizenship, primary residency in the country for three out of five years, and age eligibility.
