SEN Teaching Assistant Location: BL1 Contract Type: Full-time, 5 days per weekSalary: £100-£125 per dayStart Date: February 2026 Employer: Aspire PeopleAspire People are seeking a dedicated and compassionate SEN Teaching Assistant to join a fantastic school in Bolton for after Feb half term.Are you passionate about supporting students with special educational needs? Do you have experience working in specialist education and enjoy making a difference in children's lives? This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a supportive and inclusive school environment.Key Responsibilities: Support children with a range of special educational needs (SEN) both in the classroom and during outdoor activities Assist the class teacher in delivering tailored lessons and supporting students' individual learning plans Foster a positive and engaging learning environment Support students with personal care where necessary and help them develop their social skills Monitor and record student progress, providing feedback to teachers and parents when requiredAbout You: Experience working with SEN children or in a similar role, ideally within an SEN specialist school A positive, patient, and empathetic approach to working with children Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively as part of a team A proactive attitude and the ability to think on your feet Relevant qualifications in education or SEN (desirable but not essential)Why Join Aspire People?
