- Creating and managing compelling job adverts and keeping vacancies sharp and up to date
- Supporting the recruitment process, from candidate documentation to references and compliance
- Improving candidate experience through audits, surveys, follow-ups and fresh ideas
- Acting as the go-to person for systems such as CRM/ATS, job boards and survey tools
- Streamlining processes, documenting workflows and supporting automation
- Keeping the office welcoming, organised and running smoothly
- Supporting onboarding, contracts and HR administration using established templates
- Strong organisational and administrative skills in a fast-paced environment
- Confidence with systems, data and learning new tools quickly
- Understanding of recruitment workflows (agency or internal experience is helpful, not essential)
- Clear, engaging written communication
- A proactive mindset and pride in doing things properly
- Someone who enjoys variety, responsibility and making improvements stick
