Global Account Manager

Salary : £50,000 - £55,000 per annum

Bonus: Linked to personal & business targets

Contract: Permanent, full-time

Hours: Mon-Fri, 9am-5:30pm (40 hours/week)

Work Mode: Hybrid - minimum 2 days/week in Brighton office

In Brief

We're seeking a dynamic Global Account Manager to manage and grow a portfolio of international private medical insurers (IPMI) and multinational corporate clients. You'll build trusted relationships, drive value, and deliver high-quality service that supports client needs and Teladoc's continued growth.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow a portfolio of international insurers and corporate clients.
  • Lead contract renewals in an organised, timely and commercially focused way.
  • Ensure SLAs, performance targets and commercial obligations are met.
  • Develop account plans, tracking financial performance and profitability.
  • Present and demonstrate products, sharing market insights and developments.
  • Produce clear, accurate and useful client reports.
  • Work closely with internal teams to deliver effective client support.
  • Handle day-to-day communications, resolving queries promptly.
  • Identify opportunities to strengthen relationships and support business growth.
  • Report regularly to the Director of Global Accounts on progress and risks.

Skills & Requirements

  • Experience in global healthcare, IPMI, virtual care or similar client-facing environments.
  • Proven ability to manage high-value contracts and grow accounts.
  • Understanding of supporting clients across multiple regions.
  • Strong commercial awareness of the healthcare/insurance sector.
  • Excellent communication and presentation skills.
  • Strong organisational and time-management abilities.
  • Confidence working with data and reporting systems.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office; quick to learn new systems.
  • Experience handling client escalations effectively.
  • Able to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
