AVATR is seeking an experienced Recruitment Specialist to join our team in Munich. In this role, you will support our talent acquisition activities by delivering high-quality recruitment execution and ensuring a smooth, professional hiring process within a fast-paced, premium automotive environment.
What You Will DoSupport the end-to-end recruitment process in close collaboration with the HR Recruitment Team, covering sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer coordination.
Proactively source candidates through multiple channels, including LinkedIn, Xing, internal databases, and employee referrals.
Review and screen applications, conducting initial assessments to ensure alignment with role requirements and company culture.
Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers, ensuring clear communication and a seamless candidate experience.
Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate data within the hiring system.
Support the preparation and issuance of offer letters and assist throughout the offer management process.
Ensure a consistent, high-quality candidate experience across all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
Provide regular recruitment updates and status reports to the HR leadership team and hiring managers.
Contribute to recruitment data analysis, pipeline tracking, and talent market insights.
Collaborate with and manage external headhunters, ensuring alignment with internal recruitment processes and expectations.
Support broader HR initiatives and generalist tasks as required.
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
Minimum of 5 years of hands-on recruitment experience, ideally within the automotive industry.
Strong familiarity with automotive design functions, as well as automotive sales, marketing, and related role requirements.
Experience working with the Greenhouse ATS is strongly preferred.
Ability to manage multiple recruitment processes in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
Strong organizational skills with excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities.
Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively within a broader HR team.
Experience managing external headhunter suppliers is an advantage.
Exposure to HR generalist responsibilities is a plus.
Fluent in English (spoken and written); German fluency is highly preferred.
