The following duty locations offer incentives: Arizona (Douglas), California (Calexico), Hawaii (Honolulu), Maine (Calais), Michigan (Detroit), Minnesota (Grand Portage), Montana (Raymond) New York City , North Dakota Pembina , Vermont Beecher Falls Recruitment incentive offered is up to $15.000 per year for a three-year service contract.
The annual base salary varies by grade level as follows:
