This involves conducting inspections of individuals and conveyances, determining admissibility for entry into the United States, preventing illegal entry of individuals and prohibited goods, detaining suspected violators using proper methods, facilitating trade flow through correct channels (licensing required) with particular focus on those seeking employment opportunities within any given country! And finally protecting citizen rights!
