A border patrol agent's primary responsibility is to secure the U.S. borders and prevent illegal activity by performing a range of duties including detecting and questioning individuals suspected of violating immigration laws, inspecting documents and possessions for citizenship or violations, preventing and apprehending undocumented non-citizens, maintaining surveillance from covert positions using infrared scopes during night operations, interpreting tracks marks physical evidence of illegal entry of persons or contraband. Skill And Qualification:
