Law Enforcement Officer (LEO) Opportunities

We are seeking highly skilled and motivated individuals to join our team as Law Enforcement Officers (LEOs). As a BPA, you will be part of our 60,000+ workforce that strives to protect the American people by safeguarding our borders.

• Detect and question individuals suspected of violating immigration laws. Inspect documents and possessions to determine citizenship or violations.


• Prevent and apprehend aliens at or near the borders using surveillance techniques.

• Citizenship: Must be a U.S. citizen


• Law Enforcement Experience: Previous law enforcement experience may qualify candidates for higher grade levels (GS-11)

Overtime Pay: Up to 25%

, A fully trained BPA may be eligible for up to an additional 25% of base pay per the BPA Pay Reform Act of 2014. ,
