Looking for IT Product Owner for one of our banking clients to join Enterprise Security – We build and manage leading‑edge security solutions that protect the Bank and our clients from evolving cyber threats.
Project/initiatives details: Cloud Security – CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) Enablement and Operationalization.
Responsibilities:
• Define the MVP and rollout plan of the CNAPP (Cloud-Native Application Protection Platform) product, clearly outlining the problems and risks it's solving
• Facilitate communication on CNAPP roadmap progress with stakeholders and clients to align with the AppSec Governance goals
• Manage and prioritize with a risk-based approach on the product backlog, new features, and enhancements
• Facilitate forums and prepare the team for constructive collaboration sessions with cross-functional teams, technology and business channels, and control functions
• Define and report on overall status, metrics, key achievements, next steps and risks with a data-driven approach
• Drive collaboration between senior execs, platforms, product managers, IT owners, security and technology experts etc.
• Work with Application teams, Cloud Platform teams, and SMEs to define timelines, migration strategy, strategic & tactical recommendations and spearhead socialization and buy-ins from stakeholders
Candidate Requirements/Must Have Skills:
• 7+ years' experience in Product Management (or equivalent) capacity required
• 5+ years' experience in Information Security
• Experience with cloud platforms (Azure, GCP, AWS)
• Familiarity with CNAPP components: CWPP, CIEM, CSPM, KSPM etc.
• Hands-on experience in Agile tooling such as JIRA, Confluence, etc. to create Epics, User Stories and track Tasks
Nice to have requirements
• Hands-on experience in developing security product requirements and prioritization of backlogs
Soft Skills:
• Self-starter that actively engages issues seeking resolution, with the ability to meet dynamic changes on prioritization
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills and openness to feedback.
• You possess advanced communication (verbal/written/presentation) skills in English
• Ability to work with cross-functional and multicultural teams
• Excellent communication, stakeholder management, and organizational skills
Degrees or certifications:
• Bachelor's degree in technology or a related field (or equivalent practical experience).
