About The Opportunity
Access Dental is seeking a patient‑focused Associate Dentist to join a busy, well‑established practice in Grande Prairie. This is a replacement role with a strong existing patient base and consistent demand. Dr. Bardia provides excellent mentorship and has a specialty focus, offering exposure to advanced procedures in a collaborative, supportive setting.
The practice serves over 4,500 active patients, has high daily volume, and is known for its strong team culture, wide range of offered services, and comprehensive technology.
Schedule Needing Coverage
Monday: 8am – 5pm
Tuesday: 8am – 6pm
Wednesday: 8am – 5pm
Thursday: 8am – 6pm
Friday: 8am – 3pm
Chair access:
2 dedicated DDS chairs
Full CDA support provided
Patient Base & Team Structure
Active Patients: 4,580
RDHs: 3
RDAs: Full team including RDA support
Total Chairs: 10
Chairs running daily: 8
Busy, high‑volume environment with strong support staff
Required Clinical Skills
Candidates must be competent in:
Bread‑and‑butter dentistry
Basic endodontics
Basic oral surgery

Nitrous sedation (required)
Comfortable with children

About You:
Graduate from an accredited DDS/DMD Program or successful completion of the National Dental Examining Board of Canada (NDEB) Equivalency Process
Registered and in good standing with provincial licensing requirements
Valid CPR certification
