The Role
As a Blackpurl Customer Support / Training Specialist within the Blackpurl Support team, you will be assisting our customers by chat, telephone, and email, as well as delivering training to a variety of internal and external parties.
This is a customer-facing role in which you will provide both training and ongoing support to our clients. The role will require a combination of training, customer support, project management and technical know-how.
What You'll Do
• Ensure that our Blackpurl Academy for online learning is kept up to date (written and video content).
• Deliver system education, training sessions, and guided workshops to help customers become self-sufficient.
• Troubleshoot our customers' support needs (chat, phone, email).
• Collaborate with your Blackpurl Support team to ensure that all our customers' support and training needs are looked after to a high standard.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Activations teams to identify and address recurring Customer Success challenges.
• Contribute to customer success initiatives.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with our customers, ensuring a positive and consistent experience.
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• 2+ years of experience in customer success roles (SaaS preferred).
• Strong communication and training skills with proven ability to explain technical concepts clearly and effectively.
• Ability to manage projects with multiple stakeholders and competing priorities.
• High attention to detail, strong organizational skills, and a customer-first mindset.
• Experience in the dealership or automotive-adjacent industry would be an advantage.
• Familiarity with accounting integrations or Salesforce-based systems is a plus.
