Our team brings deep experience across food, fintech, and SaaS — including Rocket Internet–backed food delivery, scaling a leading U.S. food marketplace, building and exiting an e-commerce platform to a major POS company, and leadership experience at JPMorgan Chase and Stripe. We're growing quickly and working with leading restaurant operators across North America.
The Role
We're hiring a driven, organized, and tech-savvy Sales Development Representative (SDR) to scale outbound sales and partnerships.
You'll identify, engage, and qualify restaurant operators and multi-location groups — booking high-quality demos and driving pipeline growth. This is a high-impact role with direct exposure to founders, partners, and enterprise clients.
**What You'll Do"*
Outbound Sales:
-Prospect restaurant operators, franchises, and hospitality groups
-Execute multi-channel outreach (email, phone, LinkedIn, SMS)
-Build and optimize outbound sequences
-Research accounts and personalize outreach at scale
Pipeline Management
-Book qualified demos and help move deals forward
-Maintain clean CRM and pipeline hygiene
-Track and optimize key metrics (meetings booked, conversion rates, response rates)
What We're Looking For
-1+ year of SDR/BDR, sales, or customer acquisition experience (B2B SaaS preferred)
-Strong written and verbal communication skills
-Comfortable with high-volume outbound activity
-Highly organized and metrics-driven
-Coachable, resilient, and self-motivated
Preferred
-Experience selling to restaurants, retail, or SMBs
-Familiarity with HubSpot, Salesforce, Apollo, Outreach, etc.
-Background in vertical SaaS, fintech, or hospitality tech
-Experience in a startup or high-growth environment
-What Success Looks Like (First 6 Months)
-Book 20–25+ qualified demos per month
-Close 4–6 deals per month (first 60 days)
-Build a consistent outbound engine in assigned territory
