As an Indigenous-owned company, we take our business personally, and as we continue to grow, we are looking for an E-Commerce & Digital Sales Manager to join our team.

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Sales Specialist located in Scarborough, ON. The Sales Specialist will be responsible for driving sales and revenue growth, building relationships with customers, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily tasks include identifying new sales opportunities, maintaining and growing existing client accounts, , and collaborating with the sales and marketing team to develop and execute strategies. The role also involves addressing customer inquiries and resolving issues to provide a high-quality experience.
Job Responsibilities
Present and sell products to existing customers to support growth within the assigned territory.
Identify and develop new business opportunities by researching prospects, generating leads, and building strong client relationships.
Demonstrate the ability to close sales and effectively advance opportunities through the sales funnel.
Meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual sales targets.
Maintain and strengthen client relationships by delivering outstanding after‑sales service, addressing concerns, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
Collaborate with management to support new product development, promotional programs, and communications strategies.
Complete required sales and market analysis, account plans, and provide valuable market insights.
Participate in industry trade shows, corporate presentations, sales meetings, and customer business reviews.
Negotiate contracts and proposals, including pricing, terms, and conditions to secure agreements.
Job Requirements
Proven experience in sales or customer service (B2B).
Highly data‑driven, with the ability to identify trends, opportunities, and challenges.
Proficient user of Microsoft Office or similar software tools.
A goal‑oriented and organized professional with strong business acumen.
Willing and able to travel throughout the designated territory.
Pay: Up to $60,000.00 Base Pay annual, plus commissions
