We are a growing marketing & advertising agency serving primarily U.S.-based clients, and we are hiring a high-performing Business Development Closer to join our team.
This is NOT an appointment setter role.
This is a full-cycle B2B sales position.
You must be confident generating your own pipeline and closing deals independently.
Who This Role Is For
You are:
* A proven B2B closer with measurable results
* A self-starter who generates opportunities
* Resilient and comfortable with rejection
* Highly organized and KPI-driven
* Confident running discovery and sales calls on video
* A strategic thinker (not someone who reads scripts)
* Comfortable selling marketing and advertising services
Responsibilities
* Generate your own outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, networking, outreach)
* Run discovery calls with qualified prospects
* Present tailored marketing solutions
* Handle objections professionally
* Close new business consistently
* Maintain CRM and track performance metrics
* Work EST hours to serve U.S. clients
* Communicate with internal team during European hours when required
Requirements
* 3+ years B2B sales experience (services preferred)
* Experience selling marketing, advertising, or digital services is strongly preferred
* Fluent English (native or near-native)
* Strong internet connection and professional video setup
* Comfortable with outbound prospecting
* Must be based in Europe, South Africa, or the United States

Compensation
* Low hourly base
* High commission per closed deal
* Performance-driven role with strong earning potential
This position is ideal for someone confident in their ability to close and motivated by commission upside.
