WORDPRESS DEVELOPER (ONGOING AGENCY PARTNER – SYSTEMS BUILDER)
We're a fast-growing digital marketing agency working with local service businesses (tree services, landscapers, plumbers, etc.).
We're looking for a long-term WordPress Developer who wants to grow with us — not just build pages, but help us build systems.
This is an ongoing role with consistent work across multiple client sites and opportunity for increased responsibility and pay over time.
WHAT YOU'LL BE DOING
Building and optimizing WordPress websites (Elementor, custom themes, performance-focused builds)
Creating scalable templates for service + city landing pages
Improving site speed, Core Web Vitals, and technical SEO structure
Setting up staging → production workflows
Creating reusable systems and documentation for our internal team
Helping document SOPs for onboarding new client sites
Collaborating with our Operations Implementation Managers

A strong WordPress developer (not just a designer)
Process-oriented and organized
Comfortable documenting workflows and creating internal systems
A team player who communicates clearly
Interested in long-term partnership, not short gigs
Proactive — you don't wait to be told every step

IMPORTANT
We're looking for someone who thinks like an owner.

If you want to help build the internal systems behind a growing agency and grow into a larger leadership role over time — we'd love to talk.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
