We work with a clearly defined creative direction and are looking for a specialist who can translate that vision into AI high-quality visual content for Instagram, short-form video, and website assets such as banners and visual content blocks.
About the Role
We are looking for a visually strong AI Content Creator with Social Media management skills. This role is visual-first and execution-focused: you will be responsible for creating AI-generated photos and videos, assembling a cohesive content feed, and managing the publishing process across social media and selected website sections. Creative direction and references are provided by our team; your role is to execute, adapt, and maintain consistency at a high visual level.
Key Responsibilities
Content Creation & Visual Execution
- Create high-quality AI-generated visuals (photos and short-form videos) aligned with our brand aesthetics
- Adapt content for Instagram (posts, Reels) and website assets (banners, visual sections)
- Maintain a consistent visual language across all platforms
Feed Planning & Coordination
- Develop and propose a 2-month content plan based on provided creative direction
- Structure and assemble a cohesive Instagram grid
- Collaborate with the team for review and approval before execution
Publishing & Workflow Management
- Schedule and publish approved content on Instagram and website
- Prepare captions using AI tools (e.g. ChatGPT), aligned with brand tone
- Manage content workflow and posting coordination
What We're Looking For (Must-Have)
- Strong visual taste and aesthetic judgment
- Proven experience with AI-based photo and video generation
- Ability to independently edit and assemble video content
- Clear understanding of Instagram as a visual-driven platform
- Experience managing content workflows from planning to publishing
- Ability to work within a defined creative direction while maintaining high quality
Nice to Have
- Experience with fashion, lifestyle, or premium brands
- Understanding of short-form video trends (Reels / IG-native formats)
- Ability to suggest visual improvements while respecting
