Responsibilities:
- Assist in the recruitment process, including setting up job postings, screening candidates, and organizing interviews for positions such as developers and other agency roles.
- Conduct research and gather information on products, services, and vendors to meet business needs.
- Manage calendars, schedule meetings, and ensure efficient time management.
- Handle communications on behalf of the business, including emails and phone calls with clients and suppliers.
- Provide logistical support for various projects, including document preparation and workflow management.
- Help with event organizing, open to able for traveling.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as a personal assistant, administrative assistant, or in a similar role with varied responsibilities.
- Strong capability to operate independently with minimal supervision.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and comfortable learning new software and tools.
- Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to prioritize tasks in a dynamic environment.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- High school diploma required; further education or certification in administrative services is a plus.
Work Environment:
This is a remote freelance position with flexible hours. However, availability during business hours is preferred for timely communication. Candidates should have a reliable internet connection and their own computer.
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 40 hours per week.
