Project Details:
- The PDF has 15 yes/no questions (PDF will be supplied once you get the job).
- Each question has two answer options: Yes (1 point) or No (0 points).
- At the end of the quiz, the user should see a total score based on their responses.
This must run in Adobe Acrobat.
Deliverables:
- A fully functional interactive PDF using Adobe Acrobat or equivalent tools.
- Proper scoring logic: "Yes" = 1 point, "No" = 0 points.
- Automatic display of the total score at the end of the quiz.

Requirements:
- Proven experience creating interactive PDFs in Adobe Acrobat.
- Knowledge of JavaScript for PDF (if needed for scoring logic).
- Attention to detail and ability to implement clean, user-friendly interactivity.
Timeline:
We're looking to have this completed as soon as possible fromthe start date.
Contract duration of less than 1 month.
