Description:
I'm looking for a strong Figma designer to create a print-ready postcard mailer template that I can reuse and quickly adapt for multiple mailers.
I will share two reference images:
Front: Inspired by the classic "Days Since Last Accident" safety sign look (bold, high contrast, industrial vibe)
Back: Inspired by a clean one-page layout, but I need the content area built as two columns
This needs to be easy to edit, scalable, and set up with good Figma structure (components, styles, Auto Layout, etc.).
Scope
Front of postcard (similar to safety sign):
Bold headline area
"Days since last avoidable product loss" style counter area (editable number or blank field)
Industrial accents (ex: hazard stripe border, arrow/dotted line, subtle background shapes)
Space for logo and a short callout like "Flip over and scan the QR"
Designed so I can swap the theme/copy later for other "Days Since…" style mailers
Back of postcard (similar to reference, but 2-column layout):
Header area with logo
Intro copy block
Two-column body layout for sections, bullets, short headings
QR code block and contact/footer area
Clean spacing and typography with a print-friendly hierarchy
Deliverables
Figma file with:
One reusable postcard template (front + back)
Components for key elements (headline block, counter block, QR block, footer/contact, section blocks)
Text styles + color styles (and variables if you use them)
Auto Layout where it makes updates faster
Print-ready exports:
PDF export (front and back)
PNG exports for quick sharing/preview
Setup with standard print requirements:
Bleed and safe margins included
300 DPI export readiness (print-friendly sizing)
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
