We are looking for an experienced packaging designer based in Europe or China to develop the full visual identity and packaging system for a premium tea brand. Understanding tea culture is extremely important for this project. We need someone who appreciates tea heritage, rituals, and the emotional storytelling behind tea packaging.
Project Scope:
- Brand Identity: Logos (Primary & Secondary), Typography selection, Color palette, Cohesive visual identity direction, and Basic brand guideline.
- Tea Bag Packaging Design: Outer tea bag sachet design, Tag design, Layout and typography, Ingredient presentation concept (tea blends with dried fruits), Print-ready dieline files
- Tea Box Packaging Design: Outer box layout design (front, back, sides), Ingredient storytelling and product description layout, Finishing suggestions (foil, embossing, matte, etc.), Print-ready production files
Deliverables
- Editable source files (AI / PSD / InDesign)
- Print-ready PDFs with dielines
- 3D mockups
- Organized file structure
We will provide: The Brand story, Emotional and visual direction, Ingredient concepts, and Reference images.
We are drawn to: Sophisticated tones, Elegant typography, Strong cultural storytelling, Minimal yet expressive layouts, and Premium finishing aesthetics
Requirements:
- Must be based in Europe or China
- Proven experience in premium packaging design
- Portfolio showing tea or culturally sensitive FMCG projects
- Strong understanding of print production and materials
Timeline:
Target start: ASAP
Estimated duration: Approximately 1 month, open to discussion
