Paid Ads Performance Marketer – B2B SaaS (Conversion & CAC Focus)
Overview
We are looking for a senior performance marketer to own and scale our paid acquisition efforts for a B2B SaaS product.
This role is strictly focused on measurable performance outcomes:
• Cost per lead
• Cost per demo booked
• Customer acquisition cost (CAC)
• Paid-to-revenue efficiency
This is not a brand awareness role.
This is not a "boost posts" role.
We want someone who understands performance marketing economics at a deep level.
Objective
Build and optimize paid campaigns that drive qualified demo bookings and revenue at an efficient CAC.
Responsibilities
• Design paid acquisition strategy from scratch
• Launch and optimize campaigns across:
Google Ads (Search primarily)
LinkedIn Ads
Retargeting (Meta / Google Display)
• Build segmented campaigns by persona/intent
• Develop high-converting ad copy focused on ROI
• Work with us on landing page optimization
• Set up proper conversion tracking & attribution
• Run structured A/B testing
• Provide weekly performance reporting with insights
Metrics You Will Be Responsible For
• Cost per qualified lead (MQL or demo booked)
• CAC by channel
• Channel-level ROI
• Conversion rate by stage
• Scaling ad spend without blowing out CAC
Required Experience
• 5+ years running paid ads for SaaS
• Proven track record lowering CAC
• Experience managing $10K–$100K+/month ad budgets
• Strong understanding of performance math (LTV, payback period, funnel drop-offs)
• Data-driven optimization mindset
Bonus:
• Experience with technical or AI SaaS
• Experience with usage-based pricing models
• Experience running paid for early-stage startups
Deliverables (First 60 Days)
• Clear channel strategy
• Working paid funnel with measurable metrics
• CAC baseline per channel
• Identified winning ad angles
• Iteration roadmap
Contract duration of more than 6 months. with 30 hours per week.
Mandatory skills: Google Ads, PPC Campaign Setup & Management, Pay Per Click Advertising, Marketing Strategy, Facebook, Campaign Management, Search Engine Marketing, Lead Generation, Social Media Marketing
