Cluster is deployed on GCP compute and managed locally (Not a managed service).
The primary goal is to provide us with technical support to resolve existing issue where random data node CPU spikes to 100% causing the overall latency of the cluster to go up. (this is not related to one node, the node that spikes can differ from time to time)
The consultant should be able to provide us with exact guidance related to this issues, without providing generic best practices such as version upgrade recommendations.
We have grafana dash boards, and data collection script outputs related to issue.
The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of Elasticsearch architecture and best practices for scaling and tuning. If you have a proven track record in optimising Elasticsearch clusters, we'd love to hear from you
Contract duration of less than 1 month. with 30 hours per week.
